Domestic Shipping (India)

• We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

• We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for products priced below ₹5000.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 days and delivered within 5–7 days in major Indian metro cities. For other locations, dispatch takes 5–7 days with delivery within 7–10 days.

• Delivery may take slightly longer for custom-designed or made-to-order pieces.

• Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM to 7 PM. No deliveries are made on public holidays or Sundays.

• Please note: Unforeseen circumstances (like bad weather or strikes) may occasionally delay delivery.

International Shipping

• International orders are typically delivered within 10–12 working days.

• Delivery times may extend if your order includes custom or made-to-order products.

• Shipping costs vary depending on the item, destination, and payment method.

• Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid directly to local authorities.

• Our logistics partners may assist with customs documentation and duty/tax payment for a nominal fee.
